Return & Refund Policy
A refund will be processed by Amazing Wagon in the event when Amazing Wagon determines that the cancellation of the order is due to Amazing Wagon's incapability of fulfilling the order.
- During the cancellation process Amazing Wagon looks into how much refund has to be done. Please understand, Amazing Wagon will offer only credit vouchers equivalent to the refund amount. But in some cases Amazing Wagon will refund the money back and the refund can be processed if we have account details of the customer. Refund can be processed if it is agreed upon and communicated in writing to the customer.
- Online Refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by Amazing Wagon, the refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
- Offline Refund is credited once customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 business days. Once processed by Amazing Wagon, refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. Amazing Wagon is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where: Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
- 1. If the recipient will not be available at the time of delivery or the address of recipient will be wrong.
- 2. Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the sender, or a re-delivery requested by the sender to the new address (If possible).
- 3. If the recipient will not handle the product with care as described for on care instruction.
- 4. For personalized item if the product has been defected or if you want to return the product, Please get in touch with us within 24 hours from the delivery time.
- 5. The estimated return time for personalized gift is 3-5 Business days.
Acceptance of Orders
When you place an order, or purchase anything from our website, such offer is subject to acceptance of Amazing Wagon. Your receipt of an order confirmation from Amazing Wagon does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Amazing Wagon reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason whatsoever. Amazing Wagon may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. In the event that you are purchasing a gift order, you will be required to accurately provide the gift recipient's name and shipping address. Your order is not accepted until Amazing Wagon sends you shipping information for the order (or the accepted portion thereof).Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if Amazing Wagon cancels all or a part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is either that Amazing Wagon will issue a credit to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your account card has already been charged for the order) or (b) Amazing Wagon will not charge your credit/debit card or bank account for the cancelled portion of the order.

As we dispatch each and every order from our end on the same day of receiving it, Amazing Wagon requests that in any case, if you need to cancel an order, please do so before 24 hours of delivery date and time.
Any Deal product of below Rs. 100 price will not be cancelled and the customer have to pay the Shipping charges for the delivery of any product falling in Special Deals category. If due to some technical error, customer has been able to place the order which falls under deals category (without paying any shipping charges), in such cases, Amazing Wagon reserves the right to cancel the order anytime.
NOTE : Amazing Wagon won't be able to cancel any of the specific Deal orders.
